How can I place an order?
Simply add the desired product to your shopping cart and follow the checkout process. If you get stuck anywhere, feel free to message me!
Is there a minimum order value?
No, you can also order small quantities from me – with no minimum order value.
For orders up to €100, there's a flat shipping fee of €9.99. For orders over €100, I'll cover the shipping costs for you.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
As long as I haven't packed your package yet, it's usually not a problem.
Just contact me quickly – preferably by email or via WhatsApp direct chat with the keyword " order change "!

Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
For orders up to 100 € I charge a flat shipping fee of 9.99 € .
For purchases over €100, I'll cover the shipping costs for you—as a small thank you for your support. 😊
How long does shipping take?
Please allow approximately 2-3 working days until I hand over your order to DHL and your products are on their way to you.
I pack everything with great care—and sometimes that takes a little bit of time. Thank you for your patience! 😊
Which shipping service provider is used for shipping?
I usually ship all packages via DHL (insured). If you have a special request, please let me know. I'll do my best to accommodate your order!
Do you also ship abroad?
Currently only available upon request and only for certain products. Just let me know where you'd like something sent, and we'll see what's possible together.

Returns & Complaints
How does the return process work?
Ideally, you should stop by the store beforehand or ask your questions via email or phone – this way we can avoid many returns. 🙂
Sometimes, however, a return is unavoidable. Therefore, the following applies:
- As long as the item is in its original packaging and unopened , a return is possible after consultation .
- Chews and food supplements are non- returnable !
- Please note the 14-day period from the date of purchase (not the date of dispatch!).
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs .
If the item is not returned properly (i.e. not unused or not in its original packaging), I reserve the right to suspend the refund until the matter is resolved.
I will contact you immediately after receiving the item to discuss everything else.
What do I do if a product arrives damaged?
Of course, that shouldn't happen—but if it does, please contact me directly with a photo. We'll find a solution together!

Why was my package sent in a used box?
In my opinion, a cardboard box can be used more than once. I find this immediate throwing away pointless. For the sake of sustainability, I try to reuse cardboard boxes more often.
